Liberty Mutual Insurance named London-based Phil Hobbs president of underwriting for its Global Risk Solutions division, effective April 1. He succeeds Matthew Moore, who was recently named president of Global Risk Solutions. Mr. Hobbs is currently president of Liberty International Insurance.
