Guy Carpenter & Co., the reinsurance business of Marsh, named London-based Ian Bartholomew global head of parametric advisory, effective June 1, 2026. Previously, Mr. Bartholomew was co-founder and chief underwriting officer of FloodFlash, a provider of parametric flood insurance.
